Minutes for April 13, 2008

Service (Erica)

• April 16- Take Back the Night at 8pm. In the Ohio Room from 5-7:30 there will be an Open Mic. Free T-Shirts are available, and we will be donating a raffle basket. Raffle tickets are 20 for $5.
  
• April 17- Earth Fest from 10:30-5. We will be tie-dying the St. Patty’s Day T-Shirts, and selling them from $3.
• April 18- Jessica’s Kids Benefit Concert has been CANCELLLED
• April 19- Into the Streets with Circle K. We will be painting porches.
• April 18-19- 30 Hour Famine. We will be doing Project Linus. More info TBA
• April 20- MS Walk at Indiana HS. Check-in is at 1, and the walk starts at 2. Must register online. Meet at the HUB at 12:45.
• April 26-27- Relay for Life at the IUP stadium at noon. Must register online.
• April 28- Blood drive has been CANCELLED.
• Adopt-a-Highway went well. Thanks to those who showed up.
• BHLH Plans are in motion

Pledging (Wes)

• April 16- By-laws test
• April 23- Final Evaluations
• April 26- Walkout from 11-4. Pledge song will be sung again. There may be a cookout at the Relay for Life event.
• April 27- Initiation
• Pledges sang their song at Formal.
• Walkout attendance went around. You MUST tell Wes if you are going to be participating or not by the weekend, otherwise, Brothers will lose points.

Fellowship (Maurie)

• No committee meeting this week.
• Formal was amazing! Thanks to those who attended.

Treasurer (Craig)

• Please pay dues ASAP, especially if you owe from last semester.
• April 20- Final Dues

Fundraising (Becca)

• Keep collecting empty ink cartridges and cans.
• April 26- Praxis Donut Sales. More info TBA.
• No committee meeting this week.

Historian (Katie)

• Composites will be APRIL 24 @ the HUB Conemaugh Room from 5-8.
• Composites are in.
• Pledges need to pay an extra $20 if they want to be included in the composite.

• See Sean Hastings about summer employment at a Boy Scout Camp near Cumberland, MD. Runs June- August 4.
• Love basket drive April 12-13, and 20. More info talk to Erica.
• Becca receives 7 hours service for teaching 3^rd Graders.
• National Conference is December 26-30 in Boston
• **If you miss more than 4 meetings and do not pay the fine, you will not be eligible to be a Big next semester!!
