VP of Service
·         Unicef sent us a letter to thank us for helping with Halloween last year
·         Meet at hub at 10:00AM for adopt a highway
o   breakfast/social beforehand
·         Fill out humane society forms
o   Will need a copy of drivers license and proof of insurance
o   Tuesdays and Thursdays will be walk dog days to get service hours
VP of Pledging
·         Pinned in 10 new pledges last night
o   4 that couldn’t make it
o   7:30 on Thursday alternate pin-in at Delaney
·         Pledge meetings will be on Thursdays at 8:00PM in Library would like bigs to be there
·         Bigs must have pledge books done by next Sunday

·         There will be Breakfast on Saturday before adopt a highway
·         Walleyball this Thursday at 7:00 PM in the Hub

·         IUP Day was yesterday, went over positive and negatives
·         Adopt a highway will be on 10/3 at 10:00AM
·         Into the streets 9/26 the group find things in community to be done
·         Humane society walking dogs every week at 1:00 but we will need to fill out paperwork and copy insurance and drivers licenses
·         So far 126 hours of service as brotherhood
·         For every two items on four footed friends wish list you will get an hour of service

·         Handed out surveys about previous years likes/dislikes
·         Saturday September 19^th IUP day for Alice Paul House
·         Plan on having two projects a week that are always the same day at the same time
o   Humane society and habitat for humanity
·         Planning on doing boy scout day
·         Also planning on sponsoring a child in another country
·         25 minimum service hours required
o   50,75,100 hours will be awarded a prize
o   As a brotherhood we want to aim for 1000 hours total
o   There will be no half hours
·         Service meeting Tuesday September 15^th at 7:00PM in lib

·         Rush will start Wednesday September 16^th there will be an information night with pizza from 6-8:00PM
·         Thursday there will be a game night in the Elkin lounge 7-9:00PM

·         Will be working with boys and girls club for homecoming float
o   Theme cities of America we will be doing Indiana
o   Most of work will be done by children because the advisor wants them to be hands on
Alumni Secretary
·         Currently planning 50^th anniversary weekend for alumni
o   Will be held Oct 9-11^th
o   Sent out invitations already
·         Will include: college lodge dinner, football game, service project, walkout game, and much more
·         $25 charge for alumni

o   $35 to attend seeing if SGA will front money for travel expenses

o   There are lots of new people interested
·         Possible election for fundraising position will take nominations next week
